A delicious creamy chowder loaded with fresh crab, corn, and potatoes - perfect for a special dinner or gathering.

4 bacon
2 butter
¾ cup chopped onion
½ cup celery
¼ cup all purpose flour
2 chicken broth
1 ½ potatoes
1 can kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 salt
5 turns pepper grinder
½ Cajun seasoning
¼ old bay
2 half and half
1 crabmeat
¼ cup green onion
12 parsley

Cook bacon, add butter, onion celery cook until tender. Stir in flour until blended 5 min. Stir broth a little at a time until smooth. Add potatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat simmer for 10 min stirring. Stir in corn, seasonings and half and half. Bring back to a boil, reduce back to a simmer and add in crab. Stir in green onion and parsley. Simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning.
