I am Keith Hill, a technology leader and unapologetic disruptor living in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. I currently serve as Director of Technology Operations and Infrastructure for iTech at The University of Southern Mississippi. My mission is straightforward: eliminate waste, enforce meaningful standards, streamline every process, and deliver customer service that exceeds expectations. I treat university resources as if they were my own money and push my teams to think the same way. Mediocrity is not an option; exceptional service and relentless efficiency are.

My career has taken me from the nuclear reactor spaces of the USS Enterprise (CVN 65), where I served as an Electrical Planner (Nuclear) in the United States Navy, through public safety, manufacturing, healthcare insurance, payment processing, and higher education. Along the way I worked as Network Engineer for the Hampton Police Division, Lead Network Systems Engineer at Textron/Computer Sciences Corporation, Associate Vice President of Service Support at Amerigroup Corporation, and Director of Infrastructure at Tier Technologies. I hold a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior College and a Master of Science in Information Technology from American InterContinental University. Every role taught me that disciplined execution and bold innovation are not mutually exclusive.

I seek to automate everything possible through technology. I drive a 2024 Tesla Cybertruck I named Jarvis and a 2022 Long Range Model Y I named Sparky, both equipped with Full Self Driving. My passions run toward Tesla, Optimus robotics, Grok AI, SpaceX, Elon Musk’s broader vision, automated investing, budget conscious cruising, and intentional travel. I optimize for asymmetric outcomes and genuine experiences rather than conventional comfort.

My family is the core of everything I do. My wife Caroline is my partner in every sense and the steady force behind all my ambitions. We have three children: Chris (married to Mollie, father to Cooper, Asher, and Bennett) who lives here in Hattiesburg; Catherine (engaged to Anthony Nicastro) who lives in Dallas, Texas; and Sarah (married to Tanner McGee) who also calls Hattiesburg home. They, along with our grandchildren, remind me daily why building a better future matters.
